Description
It scans /private/var/log, /Library/Logs, ~/Library/Logs and find every file with ".log" extension, except ".crash.log" and ".error.log" and ".server.log" on Tiger, ".crash" and ".hang" on Leopard, and create a popup menu on top-left of the window.

On Leopard, It also finds ".out".

If you select "Refresh Menu" from the popup menu, It scans and create a menu again.

On Leopard, It always exclude ".crash.log" and ".error.log" and ".server.log".

On Tiger, It shows console.log by default. On Leopard, It shows system.log by default.

It always automatically scrolls to bottom, except when the window is focused and the mouse pointer is inside of the window.
